A perusal of the judgment and order dated 18.12.2021, passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Muzaffanagar in Sessions Trial No. 268 of 2012 shows that the applicant, Charan Singh, has been tried and convicted. 3. In view of the fact that the applicant has been convicted, this bail application no longer survives. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.
