Learned Assistant Government Pleader has not raised any serious objection to the disposal of the application dated 12.08.2025. 6. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at admission stage directing respondent No.5-Tahsildar to address the application dated 12.08.2025, in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
