The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant - Ayyub seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 20 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station E.O.W., District Meerut. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed a Criminal Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 2 of 2025 for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same. 6. The Court has perused the withdrawal application no. 2 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 which has been filed with the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application and permit to the applicant to withdraw the aforesaid anticipatory bail application with liberty to file fresh criminal misc. anticipatory bail application, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury" 7.
