His client seeks intervention with report dated 13th September, 2024, likely to lead to rejection of the claim. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner's name does not find place in the agricultural land records. 3. Coordinate Bench on order dated 21st August, 2024 in Writ-C no.26183 of 2024 (Smt. Gulab Kali Vs. State of U.P. and three others) had considered the question regarding compensation to be paid under the scheme to farmers. Respondent no.2 is to keep in mind said order while passing final order on the claim made by petitioner, for compensation. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to said respondent.
