The learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that already the enhanced award amount (enhanced amount per acre is Rs.3,60,000/-) has been deposited in LAOP.No.468 of 1996. 3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file application before Sub Court, Hosur for withdrawal of the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.40944 of 2016 enhanced award amount and Sub Court, Hosur is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest, if any. 4.
