1. The appeal is directed against order dated 13th June, 2017 whereby the Single Bench dismissed the writ petition since the appellant has a statutory remedy of second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
2. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal is pending for a long period of time.
3. In those circumstances, the State Information Commission is directed to dispose of the second appeal of the appellant under Section 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005, if not already disposed of, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, FMA 1981 of 2018 shall stand disposed of.
5. Consequently, all connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
