Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that for conducting re-survey and providing new LP number, the petitioner has to make an online application to the concerned authorities. 3 W.P.No.32035 of 2025 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner had tried to file an online application, website is not opening and it is showing as locked, hence, the petitioner was not able to file online application. 5. Considering the said submissions, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner for re-survey and pass appropriate orders as per the provisions of the Act. The Said exercise shall be completed within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. It is made clear that this Court is not inclined to make any observations with regard to possession of the petitioner in subject land. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
