Heard the parties.
2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(4), 308(5), 111(3), 317 (2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25 (1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Sushila Soreng, learned J.M. 1st Class at Jamshedpur.
3. It appears that the petitioner Rahul Singh was interrogated by the police in connection with Golmuri P.s. Case No. 133 of 2024 in which he has confessed that he is the brother of Sonu Singh who was running an extortion racket.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that apart from confession of the petitioner Rahul Singh, there is no other material against them on the record.
5. Learned A.P.Ps have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner Rahul Kumar has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that apart from the criminal antecedent of the petitioner Rahul Singh, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Sushila Soreng, learned J.M. 1st Class at Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024.
