The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is claiming the difference in arrears of wages and for terminal benefits. The representation has been given by the petitioner on 17.03.2025 and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation, within a reasonable time. 4. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P No.20318 of 2025 consider the petitioner's above representation and pass order, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, according to its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
