Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with their freedom of life and liberty egarding civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 3 86 4 which is subject matter of the appeal suit in A.S No. 20/2022 on the file of the Honble III Addl. District Judge, Kumool at Nandyal, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 19(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently forbear the respondent police from interfering with the said civil dispute and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondent police not to interfere with the petitioners freedom of life and liberty by interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 3 & 4 which is subject matter of the appeal suit in A.S No. 20/2022 on the file of the Hon'ble III Addl. District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with their freedom of life and liberty regarding civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 & 4, which is subject matter of the appeal suit in A.S No. 20/2022 on the file of the Hon’ble III Addl. District Judge, Kumool at Nandyal, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 19(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently forbear the respondent police from interfering with the said civil dispute.…”
2. Heard Sri K.Naga Phanindra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent- police are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that a case in Cr.No.62 of 2021 under Sections 452 & 324 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioners on the file of Mahanandi P.S. He would further submit that after due investigation, charge sheet was also filed in this matter vide C.C.No.547 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would further submit that suspect sheet was also opened against the 1st petitioner herein. He would

further submit that for the purpose of investigation in the above crime only, the police called the petitioners to the police station and the police have never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
