Case No. 111 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having abducted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7.
