The prayer of the petitioner is that she be allowed to continue to serve till she attains the age of 60 years and her superannuation at the age of 58 years is bad in law. As the petitioner has not crossed the age of 60 years, therefore, as an interim measure, it is ordered that the respondent-Department shall forthwith reengage the petitioner against the same post from which she was superannuated and allow her to continue to serve till she attains the age of 60 years, subject to any further order that being passed by the Court.
