Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authorities to install permanent poles and other essential apparatus on the petitioner’s land situated at Plot No. 284, Mouza- Domaipur , J.L. No. 29 within the Police Station- Sagardighi, District-Murshidabad in respect of the petitioner’s permanent electricity connection being Consumer ID No. 302168855, in respect of the petitioner’s submersible pumps, on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner on 27th August, 2024. Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the WBSEDCL, concurs with the prayer of the petitioner and submits that the prayer of the petitioner shall be carried out by WBSEDCL within three months from date of this order.
