Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Level Caste Scrutinize Committee, District, Ballia through its Chairman/District Magistrate, Ballia should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated February 1, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Level Caste Scrutinize Committee, District, Ballia through its Chairman/District Magistrate, Ballia is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the complaint/representation of the petitioners dated February 1, 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the private respondents concerned. 5.
