This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including charge-sheet dated 19.07.2023 as well as order dated 16.05.2024, of Case No. 6403 of 2024 (State v. Yogesh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 790 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 420 of IPC, P.S.- Gajraula, District- Amroha, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and the applicant is willing to appear before the court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/surrenders before the court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicant appears/surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
