This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the application dated 06.03.2025 of petitoner, pending before him, within stipulated period or within three months which Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted and for redressal of her grievances, petitioner may move an appropriate application under Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application u/s 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within two weeks from today and in case such an application is filed within two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent - authority in accordance with law, expeditously, preferably, within six weeks thereafter after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
