2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the approach the authorities under the provisions of the Act.
