Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application for allotment of land for industrial purpose in which the State Government has given approval and the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation (CSIDC) has issued a letter of intent in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has paid the requisite fees to the tune of Rs.91,61,727 and in the said letter of intent dated 25.10.2024 it was directed to deposit the said amount within 30 days which the petitioner has deposited within 30 days and as such only the land is to be allotted and order is to be passed for allotment of the land itself which the CSIDC is not doing.

Learned counsel appearing for the CSIDC/respondents No.2 and 3 submits that they are going to pass orders in the matter within four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, considering the fact that the letter of intent has already been issued and the petitioner has paid the entire amount of the requisite fees, the respondents are also going ahead in respect of allotment of the land, at this stage, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the CSIDC/respondents No.2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders within four weeks in respect of allotment of land to the petitioner as directed in the letter of intent.
