At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts the prayer to forward the reference petition (Annexure P-14), preferred at the instance of petitioners, against Award dated 20.11.2024 to the competent authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short “the 2013 Act”). [2] Learned State Counsel, on telephonic instructions from Ms. Surinder Kaur, LAC-cum-SDM, Amargarh, informs that the reference petition (Annexure P-14) shall be forwarded to the authority concerned under Section 64 of the 2013 Act. [3] In view of the above assurance / undertaking, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed off accordingly. [4] The respondents shall be bound by their stand as taken. [5] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
disposed off.
