GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief: “... to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner into the Police Station at the behest of the 4th respondent and threatening to vacate the premises i.e., RCC building in an extent of Ac.0.07 ½ cents in R.S.No.280/8 Visakhapatnam District, Paravada SRO, Paravada Mandal, Cheepurupalli Pachima Khandam, is bounded by East- Gunda Nagabhushanam, West- Gedela Sriram, North- Road, South- Road, is illegal, arbitrary and bad in law also violative of Principles of Natural Justice, and pass ....” None represented for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that petitioner and respondent No.4 filed cases against each other. Further, petitioner filed a c case against respondent No.4 and basing on the said case, respondent police summoned them to the Police Station and at that time, they agreed to settle the matter before elders. Again on 11.2.2021, petitioner filed another complaint against respondent No.4, and the said complaint is registered as a case in Crime No.390 of 2021. Except that, respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and would finally submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
