The parties must invariably be in touch with their counsel and they must prosecute their case with due diligence. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is needless to keep this matter pending and the same can be dismissed for non prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. If the petitioner intends to prosecute the matter, she can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months.
