The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 29.7.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18096/2025 (GM-RES), which reads as under: This Court discerns the understanding amongst the parties not to be precipitative. This statement is taken on record so that there is due adherence, and the office is directed to re-list this petition on 11.08.2025 at 2.30 pm. 2. The complainant states that the accused has violated the said order by carrying on certain fishing activities. 3. Learned counsel for the accused submits that it has not released any fish fingerlings in the lake in question and has merely removed certain fish that would possibly harm the fish fingerlings. He also submits that it is in conformity with the understanding amongst the parties. 4. This is contested by the learned counsel for the complainant. 5. It does appear that there is some ambiguity in the understanding of the parties. Therefore, we consider it apposite to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45842-DB CCC No. 1080 of 2025 close the present complaint with liberty to the parties to seek appropriate clarifications from the concerned Court since the writ petition is pending.
