1. Heard on I.A. No. 02/2025, an application for withdrawal of writ petition (S).
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner had filed a revision before the Secretary questioning the same impugned order and without disclosing the said, the present writ petition has been filed. The present application has been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition only after the revision has been decided by the Secretary.
3. Looking to the conduct of the petitioner, as the petitioner without disclosing the pendency of the appeal before the Secretary, the present writ petition has been filed and now the application for withdrawal has been filed by the petitioner. The application I.A. No. 02/2025 is allowed, subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- cost to the respondent no. 6. within a period of 15 days.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/-
