At the outset, Sri Prakash Chandra Srivastava, counsel for the applicant submits that the proceedings of the present case have been stayed by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. No. 4325 of 2025 (Subham Singh and 2 others vs. State of U.P. and Another). He prays for withdrawal of the present application. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
