Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that even after acquisition of land and passing of award the awarded amount is not being disbursed to the petitioners though they have made several requests to the concerned authorities. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that when the petitioners approached the authorities of the South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), they did not cooperate and asked to go to the Court and take an order and then only the application for disbursement of amount of compensation will be considered. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the SECL/respondents No.1 and 2 submits that way back on 30.3.2017 information has been issued to Bahatarin, the mother of the petitioners for receiving the amount of compensation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Bahatarin has expired. 4. In light of the letter dated 30.3.2017, wherein it is mentioned that the petitioners and Bahatarin were informed to receive the amount of Rs.9,04,000 the petitioners are directed to approach before the Land Acquisition Officer. The amount has been deposited before the Part Time Tribunal, Bilaspur on 3 27.2.2019, i.e., with the office which lies in the office of District Judge, Bilaspur. The petitioners are directed to contact before the District Judge, Bilaspur for getting the amount of compensation. If the petitioners approaches before the concerned authorities, the authorities are directed to decide the matter in accordance with law. 5.
