The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) commanding upon the respondents particularly Respondent No. 4 i.e. Circle Officer, Pathalgada, Chatra to forthwith decide the issue pending in his office with regard to complaint dated 18.07.2024 (Annexure - 3) made against Respondent No. 5 who is illegally trying to construct building in the land of the petitioner. (ii). For direction upon the SDO to forthwith take proper action as per law to protect the property of the petitioner from the private respondent No. 5 who is forcefully trying to capture the land.” 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
