Deo, learned Panel Lawyer for the State. 2. This appeal has been preferred by the appellants being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.09.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge 3 (Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Kondaogaon District Kondagaon in Sessions Trial No. 155/2013, whereby the trial Court has convicted the each appellant under Section 147 of IPC & Section 323/149 sentenced with imprisonment till rising of the Court and fine of Rs. 4,000/- and Rs. 1,000/- respectively with usual default stipulation. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw this appeal on the ground that the appellants have already completed the sentence imposed by the trial Court and have also deposited the fine amount. 4.
