GP FOR ASSIGNMENT (AP) NJS,J W.P No.7604 of 2018 3 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing lease rights to the petitioners in respect to the lands in Survey Nos.44 to 47 situated at Ravipadu Village, Vinjamur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District under Cooperative Joint Farming Society Scheme, in favor of the petitioners inspite of favorable recommendations as illegal, arbitrary etc., and for consequential directions. 2. As the matter is of the year 2018, this Court on 04.11.2025, granted time to the learned counsel for the petitioners as also learned Assistant Government Pleader to secure latest instructions in the matter. 3. On 18.11.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported that as per his instructions, the respondents granted lease of some extent of land in favor of petitioner No.2. 4. On 02.12.2025, Mr. K Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader, placed a copy of the latest instructions dated 19.11.2025 furnished by the respondent No.4, wherein it is stated that the petitioner Nos.1 and 3 does not belong to Ravipadu village, but belongs to Chakalakonda and Vinjamuru villages respectively and that they are not the members of CJFS (Cooperative Joint Farming Society). It is also stated that the petitioner No.2 was assigned an extent of Ac.2.20 cents in Survey No.1583-2 of Vinjamur village in the year 2018 and therefore, her request for grant of land in the subject matter survey numbers merits no consideration. 5. That apart, in para Nos. 9 (8) of the said instructions, it was stated that in view of the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.288, Revenue (Assn.I) Department dated 01.06.2018, the CJFS Society of Ravipadu village was wound up. In the light of the said instructions, time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to ascertain the position. NJS,J W.P No.7604 of 2018 4 6. It appears that no specific instructions are forth coming to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Be that as it may. 7. In the light of the specific instructions which are placed for perusal of this Court and which are placed on record, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, this order does not preclude the petitioner Nos.1 and 3 to make appropriate representations to the respondent No.2, on receipt of which, the same shall be examined in accordance with the Government Orders.
