On being pointedly asked as to what was the reason for withdrawal of the instant petition since the learned Trial Court had dismissed the application for grant bail to the petitioner, vide detailed order as recently as on 28.04.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to take another chance before the learned Trial Court. On a further query as to whether there are any material change in circumstances, no material change in circumstances made out before this Court.
