Case No. 93/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387, 427, 120-B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 11.06.2023, the informant got a WhatsApp message on his mobile phone from so called gangster Sujit Sinha demanding Rs. 50 lakhs as Rangdari. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the phone from which Rangdari was demanded does not belong to the petitioner. It was finally submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused and similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S.
