Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the respondent No. 3 to 5 and their staff in a) calling the petitioner to the 3rd respondent P.S. without there being any case against him, b) forcefully making the petitioner sign a letter on 03- 10-2025, accepting to pay Rs.
24,00,000/- along with interest to the 6th respondent or register his house to 6th respondent within a month and c) harassing the petitioner by demanding payment of the said amount to the 6th respondent as per the said letter, at the behest of the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to 5 and their staff not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the 3rd respondent police station without following due process of law or make such illegal demands of payment of money to the 6th respondent , while directing the 2nd respondent to take action against the erring officials and 6th respondent and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3 to 5 respondents or their staff not to interfere with life and liberty of the petitioner by calling him to police station for making illegal demands of payment of money to the 6th respondent, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondent No. 3 to 5 and their staff in a) calling the petitioner to the 3rd respondent P.S. without there being any case against him, b) forcefully making the petitioner sign a letter on 03-10-2025, accepting to pay Rs. 24,00,000/- along with interest to the 6th respondent or register his house to 6th respondent within a month and c) harassing the petitioner by demanding payment of the said amount to the 6th respondent as per the said letter, at the behest of the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to 5 and their staff not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the 3rd respondent police station without following due process of law or make such illegal demands of payment of money to the 6th respondent , while directing the 2nd respondent to take action against the erring officials and 6th respondent and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the application submitted by the Petitioner under Public Grievance Redressal System, which was forwarded to the concerned Police Station, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station.

The Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and never demanded the Petitioner to pay the amount to the Respondent No.6.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no Order as to costs. .
