P SAI SURYA TEJA The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.20089 OF 2019 ORDER: Ms. S.Mahathi, learned counsel representing Sri G.Sridhar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that a letter was addressed to the writ petitioner for instructions. But, he did not come forward. 2. This writ petition has been coming for the last four adjournments under the caption ‘for dismissal’, but the writ petitioner did not come forward to prosecute the case. It appears that the writ petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, There shall be no order as to costs.
