ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the high-handed acts of the Respondent No. 3 i.e., implicating the Petitioners in false case vide FIR No. 207 of 2020 to act in the interest of land grabbers, involving in civil matters etc that depriving the Petitioners of their fundamental Rights of personal liberty as illegal, arbitrary, violation of various judgments of apex court and article 21 of Constitution of India Consequently, direct the competent authority to conduct a

departmental enquiry and to take disciplinary action against the Respondent No. 3 in accordance with law and pass such other
order.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of Respondent No.4, a case in Crime No.207 of 2020 on the file of Vadamalapeta Police Station has been registered against the Petitioners for the offences under Sections 342 and 324 read with 34 IPC. It is further submitted that the Police after due investigation, filed charge sheet in the said crime which is numbered as C.C.No.2 of 2021. It is submitted that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. Dr.D.V.Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed to follow due process of law in connection with the case registered against the Petitioners and also not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
