Mr. R.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner moved an application seeking release of a shop, which was allowed by Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (S.D.), Roorkee, District Haridwar vide judgment dated 04.11.2024. 3. According to petitioner, the judgment rendered by Prescribed Authority has attained finality. Since the tenant has not evicted the shop, therefore, petitioner has moved an application for execution of the release order, which is numbered as Case No. 01 of 2024. Since no order has been passed on the execution application, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Having regard to the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the executing court concerned to make endeavour to decide the execution application as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
