GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following ORDER: Heard Sri M.Jaya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sarath, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appeared on behalf of the respondents. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents, in not reinstating the petitioner into service and posting him in his regular post as School Assistant (Hindi), on administration grounds, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 3. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted the proceedings vide Rc.No.4587/A2/2023, dated 28.01.2025 of the District School Educational Officer (FAC), West Godavari, Bhimavaram. A perusal of the proceedings would indicate that the learned District School Educational Officer directed the Head Master, Government High School, Yendagandi, Undi Mandal to admit the petitioner and further directed the Headmaster to intimate the date of joining of the petitioner. The instructions of the District School Educational Officer would further disclose that the petitioner joined duty on 29.01.2025. The District Educational Officer, West Godavari, Bhimavaram has deputed the petitioner to other schools where instructions are needed in the Hindi subject under Zilla Parishad management in the public interest on the same day, on administrative grounds. 4. The instructions of the District School Educational Officer, West Godavari, Bhimavaram are placed on record. 5. Considering the instructions of the District School Educational Officer, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
