In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar to pass orders in the proceedings pending consideration for change of mutation in terms of the order dated 02nd July, 2024 (Annexure-A) passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14021 of 2023. 3. Heard Sri. Halashetti Jagadish Sidramappa, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that, this Court had already directed the respondent No.4 to take decision in the matter at the earliest and fixed the date of appearance of the parties as 29th July, 2024 at 03.00 p.m. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to conclude the entire proceedings relating to the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27453 WP NO.21697 OF 2025 change of mutation in respect of the land bearing Survey No.328/1 measuring to an extent of 1 acre 36 guntas situate at Anathi Village, Baguru Hobli, Channarayapatna Taluk, Hassan District, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
