superannuation orders in Prods.No.A6/415/2016 dated 31-3-2018 for retiring on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 and not implementing the G.O.Ms.No.138 Finance (HRdV-FR) Department dated 8-8-2017 for continuation of the services of the Petitioners upto the age of 60 years while continuing the similarly situated persons In other Districts of Andhra Pradesh is illegal, arbitrary and violates Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the Petitioner is entitled to continue upto the age of 60 without therebeing any break in service with all continuity and with pay and allowances and to pass such other order or orders ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that interim
order passed by this Court dated 25.10.2018 has been complied. This writ petition is filed seeking enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years. The petitioner already retired on superannuation. No further orders are required. Court may pass appropriate orders.
3. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
