While the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted interim orders on 12.10.2017. Consequent to the interim orders, till now the petitioner is continuing in service and prayed to dispose of the present writ petition by making the interim orders as absolute. 3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Services – II fairly admits that in compliance of interim orders granted by this Court, the petitioner is continuing in service. 4. In these circumstances, recording the submissions made by both the counsels, the writ petition is disposed of and the interim 4 order granted by this Court dated 12.10.2017 is hereby made absolute. However, this order does not preclude the respondent authorities to initiate action against the petitioner, if any irregularities committed by him. There shall be no order as to costs.
