D ATE : JUNE 19, 2025 1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/s, i.e., the original appellant/s, submitted that the respondent No.1 has deposited the compensation amount in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati, however, disputing that the same has not been deposited correctly as per the judgment and order. 2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that in compliance with the judgment and order dated 26/02/2024 passed by this Court, the enhanced compensation amount has been deposited by the respondent No.1 in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. If there is any dispute regarding the calculation of the amount, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with the law. 3) In view of the above, it is apparent that the Contempt Petition is purged; accordingly, it is disposed of.
