order, the petitioners have deposited Rs.53,060/- (Rupees fifty three thousand sixty only) before this Hon’ble Court. The respondent has no objection to close the case subject to withdrawal of the amount with accrued interest, the petitioner has no objection for the same, in view of the same the entire claim is satisfied, in the interest of justice and equity.”
