Mattegunta.Sudhir,Standing Counsel For Z.P.Ps,M.P.Ps,Gram Panchayats The Court made the following: RC,J W.P.No.25208 of 2025 3 RC,J W.P.No.25208 of 2025 4 ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in payment of the bill amount towards O & M of CPWS Scheme to Mydukukr and Kamalapuram and their habitations and Repairs and Renewals for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. 2. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on instructions, submitted that measurements of the works done by the petitioner and if the petitioner cooperate in taking measurements, final bill will be prepared basing on the said measurements. 3. Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that measurements were already taken and log books were countersigned by the superior authorities and hence taking measurements afresh would not arise. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to cooperate in taking measurements of the work done and on taking measurements, the authorities shall answer the objections, if any, raised the petitioner, and they shall also take into consideration the measurements already entered into and counter-signed by the authorities in preparing the final bill. The entire exercise including payment of the bill shall RC,J W.P.No.25208 of 2025 5 be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
