ORAL ORDER The RPFC is filed against the interlocutory order whereby the Family Court had granted interim maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife from the date of filing of the application till the disposal of the main petition.
2. The office has raised the objection with regard to the maintainability that in the light of Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984, the RPFC is not maintainable.
3. The said office objection is sustained and the petitioner is permitted to convert the revision petition into a writ petition within a period of one week from date of receipt of copy of the
order.
4. Accordingly, the RPFC is disposed off for statistical purposes.
Registry is directed to return all the documents.
All I.As., in the RPFC shall stand closed.
