Heard Sri Vallabhaneni N.P.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that, based on the complaint of the petitioner, respondent No.3 had called the petitioner to the police station for preliminary enquiry, but the petitioner did not appear. He further submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by one Y. Ubhaya Bharathi, Mandal Revenue Officer, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.37 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 353, 354, 341, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of G.R. Palli Police Station, wherein the present petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of, However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
