ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“....to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in obstructing/ preventing the petitioners from peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.39/2 to an extent of Ac.O-22 cents situated at Papampeta revenue village, A. Narayanapuram Gram Panchayath, Ananthapuram Rural Mandal, Ananthapur district at the instance of the 4th respondent without having any jurisdiction as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the above Petitioners property in any manner and pass ...”
None represented for the Petitioners. At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on Written Instructions would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and respondent No.4 and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition.
