Learned Single Judge while admitting the writ petition has mentioned that the writ petition be listed for hearing within one year. Learned (2 of 2) [SAW-198/2025] counsel for the appellant prays that the writ petition be heard on an early date as the petitioner is 71 years old widow lady. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, we dispose of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to make a request before the learned Single Judge to hear the case on priority basis as the appellant is senior citizen and a 71 years old widow lady and case is also in the category of senior citizen.
