The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandil/Kapali P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 439 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 352, 115(2), 109, 61(2), 329(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil. 3. On 04.10.2024, at about 10:30 a.m., there was some altercation between co-accused Toushif and the Informant over repairing of the mobile phone. Subsequently, the co-accused Toushif called two unknown persons who threatened the informant on revolver point. During the scuffle, the revolver fell and broke. The pistol was handed over to the police by the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the offence under Section 37 of the Arms Act will be made out which is bailable in nature. 5. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil/Kapali P.S.
