Case No. 45 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 76, 333, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS and under Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has tried to committed rape with the minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. 5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with K.
