The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 20.03.2024, issued against the petitioner, in Case No.0377 of 2024 (State Vs. Mohd. Seed @ Sajju), under section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Gunda Act, 1970, Police Station Railway Road, District Meerut. 3. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State-respondents it has been averred that the impugned notice dated 20.03.2024 has already been withdrawn by the respondents on 05.11.2024. 4.
