Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:83118 Court No. - 10 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 14808 of 2025 Petitioner :- Puranwasi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 10 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Durga Prasad Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition by submitting that the prayer made in the writ petition is cancellation of the sale deed, which cannot be accorded in writ jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale deed has been executed on in violation of section 32-A of the Registration Act. He further submits that no finger print has been taken as required under the Act. On perusal of the document dated 21.05.2014 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition) it is evident that the finger prints are there and therefore, it cannot be said that the sale deed is in violation of the Act. In view of the above, no case is made out for interference of this Court in the impugned order. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
