(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.49 dated 01.03.2023 registered under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/506/120B IPC, 1860 at Police Station Industrial Area, Bhiwani. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.05.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 07.05.2024 is made absolute.
